FAQ

What does a session include?: Every session covers one child and one adult: $22 for 1 hour, $28 for 2 hours. Additional siblings are +$12 (1 hr) or +$18 (2 hrs), and each additional adult is +$8.
Are grip socks required?: Yes — grip socks are required for all guests. We sell them at the door for $4 (child) and $6 (adult), and you're welcome to bring your own.
How does the 10-visit pass work?: It's $180 and covers 10 visits for one child plus one adult. Passes can be shared between siblings on the same account.
What ages?: The studio is designed for children ages 2 through 7. Older siblings are welcome at the sibling add-on rate.
Do I need a reservation?: Walk-ins are welcome, and you can reserve a play session daily. Weekends get busy; midweek is calmest.
Refunds?: Life happens. Drop-ins are non-refundable but can be rebooked with 24 hours notice. Party deposits are transferable with one week's notice.
